This video is about teaching kids about meditation by focusing on the breath. Using play to teach playful ways to focus on inhaling and exhaling, kids and adults alike can learn to slow down, focus on breath and find a way to relax. It is also another opportunity to offer kids structure so that they can learn to follow directions and have fun at the same time.
